Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless otherwise stated)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at customer@thelaxenoikhit.cv or call +6467513000 with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided with your RA number clearly visible on the package
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
For defective items or shipping errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Issue the refund to the original payment method
- Send you an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
6. Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding:
- Original shipping costs (unless the item was defective or we made an error)
- Return shipping costs
- Any restocking fees (if applicable)
If the item is returned in a condition that requires refurbishment, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
We will process your refund for the returned item and your new order separately.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with:
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact us if more than 10 business days have passed since we processed your refund
10. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:
- Does not expire
- Can be used for any purchase on our website
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Is non-transferable
11. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our return policy.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
12. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding return procedures and any applicable fees.
